From the beginning of my career, I understood that companies don't just need good products or services, but also a clear identity, consistent communication, and a strategy that resonates with the market.

For over 20 years, I've had the privilege of leading international companies in the publishing and media sectors, managing digital transformations, omnichannel strategies, and developing strong value propositions. These experiences taught me that true growth occurs when culture, brand, and operations pull in the same direction.

Today, as a strategic consultant, I support organizations and leaders seeking clarity of purpose, coherence in their discourse, and effectiveness in their execution. I advise on defining value propositions, developing communication strategies, and strengthening internal leadership, especially in contexts of change. I work closely with my clients, combining a global vision with a practical approach, always oriented toward tangible and sustainable results.

My training at leading business schools such as ESADE, Georgetown, and INSEAD, along with my experience in communications, branding, and strategy in sectors such as finance, healthcare, technology, and lifestyle, support a direct approach: honest assessment, actionable strategies, and close support. Because it's not just about designing plans, but about turning them into reality, with meaning and direction.
